Health Initiative: Partnership and Health Awareness Day

At Altogether Giving Africa (AGA), our health initiative is not just about providing medical supplies; it’s about fostering partnerships and promoting holistic wellbeing within the communities we serve. Since our initial donation to the Old Jeshwang Health Centre in 2014, AGA has been committed to improving healthcare access and quality through collaborative efforts.

Partnership and Health Awareness Day

At Altogether Giving Africa (AGA), our health initiative is not just about providing medical supplies; it’s about fostering partnerships and promoting holistic wellbeing within the communities we serve. Since our initial donation to the Old Jeshwang Health Centre in 2014, AGA has been committed to improving healthcare access and quality through collaborative efforts.

Improving Healthcare Quality:

When AGA first donated medical supplies and equipment to the Old Jeshwang Health Centre, it marked the beginning of a meaningful partnership. Recognizing that sustainable change requires collective action, AGA actively collaborates with local health organisations to enhance healthcare services and infrastructure.

AGA believes in empowering communities to take charge of their health. In addition to medical donations, we engage young people in volunteer activities such as clearing trash and maintaining the health centre’s grounds. These initiatives not only beautify the surroundings but also instill a sense of ownership and responsibility among community members.

The medical supplies donated by AGA, including resuscitation kits, oxygen tanks, delivery kits, nebulizers, heart rate and blood pressure monitors, have significantly improved the quality of care provided at the health centre. Through these contributions, AGA seeks to address critical healthcare needs and enhance the capacity of local healthcare professionals.
